For Added Performance

Get More Done. Here’s the list of optional add-ons that will increase productivity & efficiency, so you can move faster.

These ladders are preferred and much easier to climb than regular dump body steps. Perfect for inspecting your box’s load, the ladder ensures a 3-point contact at all times.

The ladder is especially great for when you haul equipment (such as sanders) that require you to hop into the box and secure them.

If you require Amber warning lights, Langfab stocks a variety of LED Beacons, Strobes, and Flashers that can be installed on your dump body.

Aluminum or Steel available, adds durability to wooden sideboards. They simply go over the boards and are bolted on.

Protects the sideboards from being smashed apart by abusive loads.

If you prefer to use an Electric Tarp System instead of an Air Tarp, no problem. Langfab carries Electric Tarp Systems for all sizes of bodies.

Electric Tarp Systems can be lighter weight than a conventional Air Tarp and still provide an excellent cover for your load.

Electric Tarp Systems can also be used if your truck does not have an Air System.

If the standard shovel holder isn’t enough for you, you can add more! They generally go between the cab and the front of the body and can be made according to what you need them for, such as:

  • Rakes
  • Brooms
  • Axes
  • Wheel Chocks

PTO Driven Hydraulics
vs.
Electric Hydraulic Power Pack

The hydraulics of your truck deeply affect the life expectancy of your vehicle.

Electric Hydraulic Power Packs come standard with our Landscaper, and generally, that’s the way to go.

We can also provide a PTO Driven Hydraulic System, which can be a better option if you're doing multiple loads a day. A PTO System doesn’t need the electrical system of your truck to operate, so it doesn't stress your battery or your alternator.

The 'Dirt Taxi'

The average length of a Landscaper is between 9-12ft.

The Landscaper Body is the lightest dump body we build.

It’s perfect for all landscaping jobs, whether they’re residential or municipal.

You Can Depend On

4 Reasons

The Langfab Landscaper Body

4 Reasons

You Can Depend On

The Langfab Landscaper Body

01.
Single-Lever Release Mechanism

This efficient, simple lever is great when your Landscaper has folding sides.

There are many similar dump bodies that have multiple steps to lowering the sides, which not only slows you down but also creates more potential for breakage.

Langfab’s Single Lever Mechanism is easy. Just lift, and the sides come down.

02.
3-Function Tailgate

You can open this tailgate completely flat in order to fully dump a load, or have it open just enough to gradually spread material as your truck moves forward (perfect for gravel or soil).

03.
High Fatigue Cast Components

There are many areas on a truck body that experience high stress, whether from constant movement or from holding a substantial amount of weight.

Langfab has over 45 years of experience in recognizing these high-stress areas (such as the Hoist A-Frame).

We cast priority high-fatigue areas in liquid metal, which is incredibly durable to vibration and constant flexing.

04.
Langfab Formed Longsills

Our Formed longsill is designed with max weight distribution in mind. It strengthens your dump body, which in turn ensures the longevity of your body’s life.

When it’s welded, we ensure there are no seams, which maximizes its strength

Fixed Sides

Fixed sides are for a regular box.
Loading and unloading happens from the back.

Folding Sides

Folding sides are perfect if you need a flexible dump body for work like median upkeep.

These sides drop down so you can load the body from the side, rather than the back. This is also great for loading and unloading pallets.
