IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID 19

With the World Health Organization (WHO) declaring COVID-19 a pandemic, we want to assure you that we’re taking precautions to help slow the spread of the virus and ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.

Steps we have put in place:

Employees have been instructed on social distancing and the importance of frequent, and very thorough, hand washing throughout the workday.

  • We are enhancing our cleaning/disinfecting protocols throughout our facilities.
  • All coffee/tea stations have been removed from the premises.
  • Employees are advised to remain home from work if they feel ill.
  • Provisions are in place for office staff to work from home should the need arise.
  • All Langfab staff who have travelled outside of Canada are self-isolating at their homes.
  • Access to our shops have been restricted to authorized employees
  • We are sanitizing all vehicles prior to servicing

The best ways to conduct business during this time:

  • We are open for business and here for all of your sales, parts, and service needs. If possible, please phone or email us with your requests. See the contact list below.
  • If your business needs cannot be met via phone or email, our locations are open for business, but we ask you to kindly call in advance and ensure that you thoroughly wash your hands and refrain from entering shop areas.

 

We ask that you please refrain from visiting our facilities if:

  • You are not feeling well in any way.
  • You or anyone in your home have travelled to a country that requires self-isolation within the last 14 days.
  • You have been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus.

 

We are assessing the situation regularly to identify impacts to employees, customers and business operations, and are prepared to act swiftly in response to changing conditions and new information.
